After School Clubhouse Program Information:

Our After School Clubhouse (ASC) Program is located in the George B. White Building, 8 Raymond Road, Deerfield, NH. When picking up your child, please use the glass entrance located between Backwoods Barber and the Deerfield Police Department.

Registration & Membership:

Before registering your child for the After School Clubhouse Program, you must first purchase an annual membership. Membership is required to access program registration.

Once registration opens, you may enroll your child for 2–5 consistent days per week. The daily rate is $14 per day, which is calculated for the entire school year with holidays and professional development days already excluded. Your registration is a commitment for the full school year, and your invoice will reflect the total cost for the year.

A valid credit card is required on file if you choose a weekly or monthly automatic payment plan. You may also pay by cash or check one month in advance.

Families registering more than one child qualify for our sibling discount. Each child must be registered separately.

Any changes to your child's attendance schedule or cancellation of enrollment require a minimum of two weeks' notice.

Transportation from School:

Students attending Deerfield Community School (DCS) will ride the designated Deerfield Parks & Recreation After School bus each day. Families of homeschooled students are responsible for providing transportation to the program.

To ensure transportation runs smoothly, parents must:

Provide their child's teacher with written authorization indicating the days their child will ride the DPR After School bus.
Confirm the same schedule with the Parks & Recreation office by email, phone, or in person. Your attendance schedule must match your registration and payment.
Notify both DCS and DPR of any absences or changes to your child's schedule.
Understand that staff will check each child off the bus upon arrival. Families will be contacted as soon as possible if there are any discrepancies.

Pick-Up Procedures:

Your child's safety is our highest priority. Staff will request a photo ID from anyone picking up a child unless they personally know the individual.

Please list all authorized pick-up persons on your registration forms. Even if someone is listed as an authorized pick-up, we ask that you notify us in advance whenever someone other than a parent or legal guardian will be picking up your child.

Choose emergency contacts carefully and ensure they understand our identification policy. We appreciate your patience as staff consistently follow these procedures to keep all children safe.

Pick-Up Time:

Children must be picked up by 6:00 PM each day. If you anticipate being late, please contact the After School Program at 603-370-2596 as soon as possible. Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

School Closures:

The After School Clubhouse Program does not operate when Deerfield Community School is closed due to weather, holidays, or scheduled school closures.
