Formerly known as Bootcamp, Fitness with Val is back with a new name and updated time. Join us for Fun Friday Fitness from 8:00–8:45 AM at the George B. White Building.
This fun, total-body workout uses a variety of equipment and is open to all fitness levels. Fitness passes are available and can be used for walk-in classes.

We offer Single Day and Full Week options to best fit your family’s schedule.
Each camp runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
